Due to COVID-19, The Center For Eye Health will be seeing patients by appointment only. Please contact our offices to schedule an appointment.

Patients will be pre-screened for any symptoms of coronavirus and will be asked to reschedule if any symptoms are present.

Patients will be pre-screened for known risks for COVID-19 including any contact with a known COVID-19 positive person or anyone being evaluated for COVD-19 in the past 14 days.

All patients, including children 2 years and older, will be required to wear a mask while in our offices, those who cannot comply will be asked to make arrangements for care elsewhere.

All of our high contact surfaces are cleaned routinely with virucidal (virus-killing) agents, additionally, we have provided HEPA air-filters in our examination rooms.
For additional safety, the Center for Eye Health has a policy requiring all staff to be vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine.

We hope that by sharing these COVID 19 protocols with you that you will be confident that the team at the Center for Eye Health is prepared to care for you in a safe and welcoming environment. We encourage you to not delay your eye care as postponing care for an eye condition can be harmful. Annual eye and well visits are also important to prevent future issues.

We look forward to seeing you soon.
